With a decade of experience in the photography and videography industry, we are dedicated to capturing your most precious moments. I firmly believe in "community over competition" and thrive on building connections within this creative community. We’ve always dreamt of creating a space for others like us to use.
our STORY
How we went from the Little Loft to the not so little loft.
Our journey with The Little Loft began in North Andover in April 2023, when we found our very first dedicated studio space tucked inside an old mill building. The original studio — a tiny 204 square foot room filled with beautiful natural light — quickly became home to so many meaningful sessions, creative collaborations, and memories. As our community and business continued to grow, we expanded into a larger unit just two doors down, transforming it into the warm, inviting studio so many clients and creatives came to know and love. What started as a small dream evolved into a space that truly reflected our passion for creativity, connection, and community.
As our lease in North Andover came to an end after three amazing years, we felt ready for a fresh chapter and a new creative environment. Today, The Little Loft is proudly located at Mills 58 in Peabody on the beautifully renovated fourth floor of another historic industrial mill building. Our new studio embraces a more modern, industrial aesthetic while still holding onto the warmth that made our original space special. With bright oversized windows, exposed brick, white walls, and concrete floors, the space is filled with natural light and designed to feel both elevated and welcoming.
Many of the furnishings and details our clients loved most made the move with us — including the cozy bed corner, our signature white velvet couch, layered rugs, and of course, the client closet filled with 25+ gowns available to use with your session or rental. We wanted this new studio to feel familiar while also giving creatives a fresh, versatile backdrop to bring their vision to life.

What other studio offers a client closet with over 20 stunning, size-adjustable gowns available to all its renters? Our collection features a variety of colors and textures to perfectly match any style or theme you have in mind.
Our studio offers numerous cozy corners for creativity, along with ample open space to use as a blank canvas. Our unique bed setup includes a real mattress, ensuring your clients are comfortable and well-supported. This setup is a permanent fixture in our space.
In our 'Couch Corner,' minimalism meets industrial chic. Clean white furnishings are set against a backdrop of exposed brick and large industrial windows, creating a perfect blend of elegance and urban charm.
Alongside The Little Loft, we also introduced our new Production Studio — a dedicated creative space built primarily for the videography side of Dampolo Photography. Designed with Jesse’s filmmaking and music video work in mind, the studio features a clean, minimal setup with a white seamless cyc wall, bright natural light, and modern industrial details. While perfect for video production, the space is also available for photographers and creators looking for a sleek, versatile environment for branding, portraits, and content creation.
Having a photographer-owned studio is invaluable. We understand exactly what photographers need when renting a space and are well aware of the common pain points. This insight allows us to create a more seamless and enjoyable experience for all our renters.
